Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or used products.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Eligibility for Refund

Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a refund: Email us at hello@nativejunkie.co.nz with your order number and issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
